• Preferably Male
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Civil Engineering, Planning or Construction Management required
• Minimum 2 years of related experience, including emphasis in land development construction and contract administration
• Advanced PC skills, including use of Excel, Word, and project scheduling
• Experience with development-related agreements and related matters, including agency,
  reimbursement, land purchase, consulting and construction agreements, and entitlement documents
• Written and verbal communication skills
• Analytical skills
• Ability to coordinate work or project activities

Sales Marketing

• Max 35 years old
• Preferably Female
• Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Management Business or related field
• Minimum 2 years of related experience, especially sales on wedding/event and all related field
• Able and enjoys building relationships with clients
• Resilient, not giving up, not making excuses
• Strong desire to learn new things
• Advanced PC skills, including use of Excel, Word, and project scheduling
• Written and verbal communication skills
• Analytical skills
• Ability to coordinate work or project activities

• Max 35 years old
• Bachelor’s degree in Culinary Arts or related field
• Minimum a year of related experience, including willing to be hands on and positive learning attitude
• Have great attitude and personality
• Can work in team
• Control and direct the food preparation process and any other relative activities
• Construct menus with new or existing culinary creations ensuring the variety and quality of theservings
• Approve and “polish” dishes before they reach the customer
• Plan orders of equipment or ingredients according to identified shortage
• Remedy any problems or defect
