Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Management Trainee Back Up Manager
- Receive guidance from Indonesian and overseas managers, and learn full-cycle operation of live streaming rooms, including staffing, traffic monitoring and adjustment of live sales strategies.
- Gain in-depth knowledge of Tik Tok live commerce business models, traffic operations and sales tactics, and master core skills for trending industries.
- Gradually take charge of the operation supervision of multiple live rooms.
- Maintain a positive working attitude and deliver outstanding performance to strive for promotion to management positions and generous bonuses.
HR Recruitment
- Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding
- Source & attract top talent through multiple channels
- Conduct interviews & talent assessment
- Experience in mass hiring
- Achieve recruitment targets
HRGA
- Manage daily office operational needs, facilities, assets, and vendors
- Ensure office facilities are well-maintained and support business operations
- Handle inventory control and office asset documentation
- Coordinate with building management and external service providers
BD Creator Manager, BD Creator Staff
- Develop creator acquisition strategy and segmentation system (Top / Mid / Long-tail)
- Lead negotiations with Top KOLs and MCN agencies for exclusive partnerships
- Manage and mentor a team of BD Creator Specialists
- Design creator incubation programs to improve activity rate and GMV contribution
- Collaborate with Category Ops, Supply Chain, and Marketing teams
- Analyze ecosystem data to optimize ROI and CAC
BD Creator Specialist
- Identify and recruit Tik Tok / Instagram KOLS & KOCs in Beauty, Fashion, Electronics, and FMCG categories
- Negotiate cooperation models (CPS, flat fee + commission, product seeding) and close contracts
- Guide creators to onboard Tik Tok Shop Affiliate and complete account setup
- Coordinate sampling, content planning, and campaign execution
- Monitor performance metrics (GMV, ROI, conversion rate) and optimize creator portfolio
Syarat Pekerjaan
Management Trainee Back Up Manager
- Minimum education: Associate Degree D4 or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) from Reputable University
- Fluent in English is a must
- Preferably experienced in live streaming or digital content operations
- Strong communication skills and high initiative
- Creative, engaging, and capable of producing appealing live content
- Ability to build and maintain interaction with the audience
- Detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Willing to work in 2 rotating shifts: Morning Shift 6:00 AM 3:00 PM, Night Shift 3:00 PM-12:00 AM
- Willing to work in weekend rotations, including public holiday
