Maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward online customers at all times
Responding promptly to customer inquiries through WhatsApp, web inquiry and email inquiry
Communicating with customers through various channels
Acknowledging and resolving customer inquiries
Knowing our products thoroughly so that he/she can answer and help to answer questions from potential franchisees
Processing orders, forms, applications and requests
Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and queries
Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary
Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support

Honest and good attitude
Have at least 1 year experience in marketing
Prosses an intermediate skill in customer inquiries through WhatsApp, Web Inquiry and email inquiry
Able to work under pressure
Achieve target on-time
