Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Managing marketing campaigns, promotions, and events to drive foot traffic and sales.
- Collaborate with the creative team to produce promotional materials, advertisements, and digital content.
- Work closely with the operations team to align marketing efforts with seasonal menus, promotions, and events.
- Build and maintain relationships with influencers, KOLs, and brand partners.
- Prepare regular reports campaign performance and ROI.
Syarat Pekerjaan
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related fields.
- Minimum experience of 1 year in marketing, preferably in F&B.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with creative mindset, attention to detail, and the bility to work independently and as part of a team.
- Passion for the F&B industry and understanding of customer behavior in the hospitality space.
- Aesthetic sense to align marketing materials with Etera’s brand identity.
- Familiarity with influencer and KOL collaboration is a plus.
