Sr. Ecommerce Specialist

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum 2 years of experience in an e-commerce field/environment
• Experienced in driving sales through e-commerce, preferably in beauty/fashion/skincare
• Have experience in managing marketplace platform strategy, sales, and maintaining marketplace campaigns
• Highly creative, with experience in identifying target audiences and creating digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment with good time management skills
• Excellent communication skills, fast learner, and able to work on tight schedules
• Willing to be placed and work in Tangerang Selatan / Jakarta Selatan

Sr. Creative Design

• Experience in creative production/design (agency, brand, or in-house)
• Strong understanding of visual storytelling & content production (photo, video, campaigns, social media)
• Able to translate creative ideas into clear visual direction, strategy moodboards, and production execution
• Skilled in: Motion Graphics (After Effects or similar), CapCut (for fast-paced social content), Photoshop + Illustrator (visual design creation)
• Familiar with visual standards for Instagram, TikTok, Digital Ads
• Strong communication and leadership skills; capable of coordinating internal teams and external vendors
• Experienced in handling production workflow, budgeting & vendor management
• Creative problem-solver with a strong sense of design and aesthetics that aligns with the brand
• Up-to-date with content trends, motion design, and digital storytelling
• Thrived in a fast-paced environment with good time management skills.
• Willing to be placed and work in Tangerang Selatan / Jakarta Selatan
