Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Oversee the daily operations of the resorts
- Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction and service quality
- Lead, train and motivate all departments
- Develop and implement operational strategies to achieve business goals
- Ensure compliance with company standards, health, safety and legal regulations
Syarat Pekerjaan
- Male / Female max 45 years old
- Min. 3 years experience in the same position
- Proven leadership & team management skills
- Good understanding of resort operations
- Hands-on, adaptable and problem solver
- Fluent in English
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skill
- Able to maintain highest standards of hospitality & service excellence
- Strong problem solving & decision making abilities
- Willling to locate in Tanjungpinang & island (Kepulauan Riau)
