Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  • To do efficient gathering of market knowledge on related export industry
  • To develop pricing strategies and determine captive target export market
  • Develop brand strategies and specific marketing plans to ensure revenue growth
  • Develop and execute strategic and tactical plans to achieve sales targets
  • Devise and implement sales campaigns and promotion events
  • Establishing and recommending the most realistic sales goals for the company
  • Perform sales activities on major accounts and negotiates sales price
  • To maintain existing customers and develop new market and new customers
  • To analyze and give input on product design and development to be suitable for market needs
  • Evaluate and report to superior on result of sales and marketing activities, initiate corrective action where needed
  • Continual development and implementation of SOP and best practises for Sales and Marketing Division

Syarat Pekerjaan

  • Bachelor Degree
  • At least 5 years of working experience in field of sales marketing
  • Posess proven track record of success and achievements in sales marketing dept (particularly in export department)
  • Fluency in oral and written English is a must, Mandarin/Japanese/Korean is an advantage
  • Can operate office software and internet proficiently, adaptable and flexible
  • Has own vehicle
  • Positive attitude in every situation
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good communications skills
  • Self motivated & self initiative person, creative and smart, flexible in all conditions, dilligent, hardworking, having good integrity
