Senior Cook

• Customer Engagement
  Confidently communicate with guests and present menu, ingredients, and preparation methods.
• Station Operations
  Handle mise en place, preparation, cooking, and service within your assigned station.
• Product Quality
  Maintain consistent taste, portion, presentation, and recipe standards.
• Mise en Place Control
  Ensure preparation, par stock, and station readiness before every service.
• Food Safety & Hygiene
  Maintain proper handling, storage, labeling, FIFO/FEFO, and kitchen sanitation.
• Stock & Waste Control
  Monitor ingredients, minimize waste, and support efficient food-cost control.
• Service Execution
  Work accurately and efficiently during peak service while maintaining quality.
• Team Collaboration
  Coordinate with the Chef, kitchen team, and FOH for smooth daily operations.

Senior Cook

• We’re looking for experienced kitchen professionals who are hands-on, disciplined, and passionate about quality.
• You’ll be responsible for your station, product consistency, food preparation, food safety, and smooth kitchen execution while working closely with the Chef, Kitchen, and F&B Service Team.

Chef De Partie

• Minimum 3–5 years of kitchen experience.
• Able to communicate directly with customers.
• Experience as Senior Cook/Demi CDP/CDP is preferred.
• Premium Japanese Restaurant experience is a strong advantage.
• Strong knowledge of mise en place, cooking techniques, and kitchen operations.
• Understands food safety, hygiene, storage, and FIFO/FEFO.
• Able to maintain quality, consistency, and speed during service.
• Strong discipline, teamwork, and sense of responsibility.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Final position will be determined based on experience, technical skill, and competency.
