• Receive incoming batches of equipment
• Accounting for goods in the accounting system / reconciliation inconsistencies
• Labeling and placing goods in the warehouse
• Creation and execution of documents for the sale / movement documents for goods and services
• Completing and issuing orders for assembly on time according to customer orders
• Visual inspection / integrity of components and systems
• Full diagnostics and cooling system component maintenance
• Carrying out order assembly for production
• Verification of system visibility / operability of all systems & components
• Firmware updates for components and platforms
• Run and monitor load testing results
• Updating production orders and their statuses in the CRM system
• Packing the finished orders
• Shipment of goods to the shipping agent
• Generation of daily reports

Working conditions:

• 5 days working week
• Corporate training and mentorship
• 3 months of probation
• Job type: full-time
• Location: Jakarta office

Candidate’s assessment criteria (how to understand, that the candidate is suitable):

• time management skills in multitasking mode, stability, experience in assembling of an IT / computer / server equipment, skills in warehouse management

Professional development track:

• Server Build Technician / Tester / Warehouse keeper => Production or Warehouse Supervisor => Production Manager

Professional knowledge and skills: 

• Understand the principles of inventory management
• Experience in computer or server equipment assembly
• Knowledge in the field of composition & operational principles, compatibility of IT equipment & components (server or computer)
• Skills in diagnosing and restoring the health of computer or server equipment will be an advantage (block replacement of components / firmware updates)
• Desire to learn and develop
• Possible profile: IT or engineering major / graduate of an IT educational institution, PC or server assembler, computer or server equipment repair manager, sales manager in a computer or electronics store, hardware engineer
