Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Welcome and assist clients with a warm, polite and professional approach
Provide accurate product knowledge and recommendations aligned with Howel & Co’s brand values
Support sales transactions and after-sales service in accordance with store procedures
Conduct daily stock opname and ensure inventory accuracy
Maintain cleanliness and overall store appearance throughout operating hours
Participate in training sessions, including product knowledge and service standards
Assist with opening and/or closing store activities based on shift schedule
Placement: Howel & Co Offline Store – Plaza Senayan
Syarat Pekerjaan
Minimum education: Senior High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent
Previous retail experience is an advantage
Well-groomed, disciplined, detail-oriented and responsible
Able to respond to client inquiries with clarity, accuracy and confidence
Willing to work on a shift basis, including weekends and public holidays
Able to support both client service and day-to-day store operations
Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team
