Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Tax Admin Coretax
- Input tax invoices, with holding slips, & tax return into the DJP Coretax System.
- Verify document completeness before upload.
- Ensure data aligns with the lastest PMK regulations monitoring & compliance.
- Check Coretax validation status, error notifications & follow up on issues
- Coordinate with accounting & finance for supporting documents.
- Maintain digital & physical archives per tax requirements.
- Ability to understand instructions, forms, applicaton and be familliar with financial statements and credit reports.
Cashier
- To do closing day operations
- To handle cashiering payment issues
- To prepare report of the day, Void, Settlement of EDC
- To Prepare cash flow management
Waiter/Waitress
- To prepair and setting up the table
- Able upsell monthly special menu accordingly
- Able to take accurate food and beverage orders
- Able to served and to give some explaination about the food
- To handle customer sastifastion and customers complains
Sales/Marketing Executive
- Experience in Sales / Marketing especially in food service industry.
- Initiates sales process by prospecting, scheduling appointments, making initial presentation, understanding business needs, developing proposals, closing sales
- Contributes information to market strategy by monitoring competitive products and reactions from clients.
- Strong leadership, time management and problem solving, think creatively & have an eye for details.
Personal Assistant
- Manage meetings, appontment, travel reminders.
- Sceen emails, draft replys and take calls.
- Filing, organizing, and prepare reports.
Syarat Pekerjaan
Tax Admin Coretax
- Maximum age of limit 35 years
- Bachelor or Master Degree, preferably in Finance
- At least 2 years
- Able to work under pressure
- Subject: TAX ADMIN CORETAX
Cashier
- Male/Female, age max 35 years
- Strong leadership, good communication & service skill
- Hard working and honest
- Computer literate
- At least 2 years of relevant working experience in Food & Beverage field
- Required to working weekend and Public holiday
- Willing work in West Jakarta & North Jakarta
- Subject: CASHIER
Waiter/Waitress
- Male/Female, age max 35 years
- Strong leadership, good communication & service skill
- Hard working and honest
- Computer literate
- At least 2 years of relevant working experience in Food & Beverage field
- Required to working weekend and Public holiday
- Willing work in West Jakarta & North Jakarta
- Subject: WAITER / WAITRESS
Sales/Marketing Executive
- Male/Female max 40 years old
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree.
- At least 2 3 years of sales experience and marketing experience & fresh graduate are welcome
- An excellent communicator, articulate and persuasive & possesses strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with clients.
- Able to speak English, Japanese, or Chinese will be an advantage.
- Able to work under pressure.
- Willing work in West Jakarta
- Subject: SALES & MARKETING EXECUTIVE
Personal Assistant
- Male/Female max 40 years old
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree.
- At least 23 years of sales experience and marketing experience & fresh graduate are welcome
