Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Managing the team members (Customer Acquition Officer) to increase Sales Closing Rate and maintain the existing customer
- Driving strategies to Achieve the Target
- Exploring initiatives and opportunities to grow the company
- Coordinating with the internal and external stakeholders to solve the issue occurend in the ground
- Providing necessary reports or presentations to the Sales Supervisor
Syarat Pekerjaan
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related Field
- Min. of 3 years working experience in sales and leadership experience
- Strong leadership, strategic, and communication skills
- Data driven person and have strong business acumen
- F&B backgrounds are preferred and Good F&B business understanding will be a plus point
