• Membuat minuman yang sesuai dengan SOP perusahaan tanpa terkecuali
• Melayani tamu dengan ramah
• Menjelaskan produk dan melakukan Upselling ke konsumen dengan maksimal
• Menghitung stok opname harian toko
• Melaporkan hasil kerja harian ke pimpinan
• Mengikuti jadwal yang telah ditentukan

Coffee Barista

• Prepare and serve coffee, espresso-based drinks. and other beverages according to standard recipes
• Operate coffee machines, grinders, and other equipment safely and efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace, including tables, counters, and equipment
• Provide friendly and engaging customer service.
• taking orders accurately and handling payments
• Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and quality of all drinks served
• Restock ingredients and supplies such as coffee beans, milk, syrups, and cups
• Follow health and safety guidelines, including proper food handling and sanitation standards
• Handle customer complaints or sperial requests professionally

Requirements

• Berpenampilan menarik, bersih, dan rapi
• Pria/wanita, usia 19–28 tahun (Belum menikah)
• Berpengalaman sebagai Barista/Kasir (WAJIB)
• Bekerja cekatan dan detail
• Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik dan jelas
• Mampu/peka terhadap aroma dan rasa
• Dapat berbahasa Inggris diutamakan

• Willing to learn and able to work well with others as part of the team
• Efficient, disciplined and punctual

Requirements:

• Must be neat, clean, and tidy
• Male/Female, aged between 19 to 28. (preference will he given to male and those who are unmarried)
• Previous experience as a harista or in customer service is preferred
• Basic knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and espresso extraction
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
• Positive attitude, team player, and attention to detail
• Be proficient in using both manual and automatic coffee machines
• Own a private vehicle for work
