Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Support the sales team with daily commercial operations and customer follow-up activities.
- Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and maintenance of CRM data.
- Prepare, analyze, and maintain commercial and sales performance reports.
- Monitor and evaluate Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to support business decision-making.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams on strategic customer accounts and commercial projects.
- Identify opportunities to improve business processes and operational efficiency.
- Support business initiatives by providing administrative and analytical assistance.
- Prepare presentations, dashboards, and reports for management as required.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of commercial activities.
- Perform other duties related to commercial excellence as assigned.
Syarat Pekerjaan
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5–10 years of experience in Commercial Excellence, Sales Operations, Business Analysis, or a related role.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint), CRM systems, and AI tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
