Social Media Specialist

• Plan and manage monthly content calendars for Instagram, TikTok, and Threads
• Research social media trends, competitors, and audience insights
• Create content briefs and collaborate with the Graphic Designer
• Write captions and manage Instagram Stories & Threads
• Schedule and publish content across all platforms
• Manage community engagement by responding to comments and DMs
• Monitor content performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports
• Recommend content improvements based on analytics
• Assist in content production as talent or production crew when required

Graphic Designer

• Develop designs for IG, TikTok, YouTube, website, and marketplace (marketing tools)
• Having character illustration skills is a valuable plus
• Create and edit simple videos / simple animations
• Create storyboards
• Design promotional materials and campaigns
• Support all areas of art and creative needs
• Design packaging
• Create all design materials needed for the brand

Location: Cengkareng Barat, West Jakarta, Indonesia

New Product Development Specialist

• Lead end to end product development projects from initiation to completion
• Conduct market research about the market size, competitor, and positioning of the product
• Handling for sample product test and product specification
• Collaborate cross-functionally (RND, Production team, Marketing, Graphic Designer) and with external partners to ensure timely executive of product ideas
• Responsible to make a packaging for each products, from prototype to final sample
• Ensuring projects to stick to timelines, plans, and objectives
• Ensuring product quality to meet our standard

New Product Development Supervisor

• Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from concept ideation to commercial launch
• Develop the product roadmap based on market opportunities, customer insights, and business objectives
• Conduct and oversee market research, competitor analysis, and product positioning
• Define product requirements, specifications, and quality standards
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with R&D, Production, Marketing, Design, Procurement, and external suppliers to ensure successful launches
• Oversee packaging development, ensuring functionality, brand consistency, cost efficiency, and regulatory compliance
• Manage timelines, budgets, priorities, and milestones to ensure on-time execution
• Drive continuous product improvement through customer feedback, product performance analysis, and market trends
• Establish and maintain quality standards throughout the product development process
• Evaluate product performance after launch and recommend improvements to maximize results
• Identify and manage product risks, ensuring timely resolution of technical, operational, or supply issues
• Mentor and develop Product Development team members while fostering collaboration and innovation

Social Media Specialist

• Female, 20–30 years old
• Minimum 1 year experience in Social Media
• Portfolio is mandatory

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and Threads
• Good copywriting and communication skills
• Familiar with social media analytics
• Creative, proactive, and up to date with digital trends
• Willing to appear as on-camera talent when needed
• Able to work independently and in a team

Graphic Designer

• Currently pursuing degree in Arts, Graphic Design, Multimedia or other relevant fields
• Proficient in Adobe After Effects, Premiere, Illustrator and Photoshop + AI
• Must be creative and be able to work in a variety of art styles
• Experience in project management is a plus
• Knowledge of 3D design or animation is a plus
• Good level of English (oral and written)
• Self-motivated and agile
• Initiative, can work individually or in a team
• Open to receive and act on constructive criticism
• Have a good taste in art

New Product Development Specialist

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Product Development / Project Management
• Must be able to speak English (Mandarin is a plus point)
