Sales

• Fluent in English and Bahasa
• Min. Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, hospitality, communications, and any related field
• Has experience in B2B industry, preferably related to hospitality
• Having a wide-range network in Corporate and Hospitality
• Passion in Technology
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced with pressure on high-performance result demand (Perform & Earn start-up)
• Excellent in written and verbal communication; including well-developed in preparation material and presentation skills as well
• Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
• Ability to think creatively and be able to generate effective sales ideas and strategies
• Strong in solution-orientation, and always desire to contribute more innovation to the organization
• Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
• Excellent communication & negotiation skills
• Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
• Understanding of sales performance metrics
• Having owned transportation

Project Manager

• Bachelor’s degree in Information System
• 3+ years of project management and related experience
• Preferably has experience in B2B industry
• Proven ability to solve problems creatively
• Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices
• Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle
• Excellent analytical skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful
• Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline

Recruiter

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 2+ years of recruiting experience preferred
• Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
• Demonstrated ability to establish effective and cooperative working relationships built on trust
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Comfortable making decisions independently
• Working knowledge of applicant tracking and HRIS systems
• Ability to manage a wide range of relationships with a variety of stakeholders
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Working knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methods
• Deep understanding of employment laws and regulations
• Familiar with a wide variety of sourcing avenues

Copywriter

• Bachelor’s degree in Bahasa Indonesia, Journalism, Marketing, or Communications
• 2+ years experience in content marketing or copywriting
• Preferably has financially-focused writing experience
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Strong creative thinking skills and ability to think conceptually
• Comfortable working independently with little direction under tight deadlines
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a diligent eye for detail, language, flow, and grammar
• Strong attention to detail
