Digital Marketing Specialist

• Bachelor’s degree in digital marketing, digital communication, business communication, or other communication majors
• Have 2-3 years’ experience as creative planner in the creative industry/advertising/digital agency
• Hands on experience managing and optimizing (SEM & SEO), leveraging key toolsand platforms, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, Linkedln Campaign Manager
• Experience in digital marketing within the Telecommunication or High Tech Industry
• Working experience in Marketing Communication
• Have a strong strategic & creative thinking
• Excellent copy writing skills
• Interested in Fashion and know about brand

Content Creator & Talent

• Min 1 year experience in social media management
• A diploma / bachelor’s degree in Communications or a related field is a plus
• Well-versed with content management, content creation, KOL engagement
• Well-versed with Instagram and Tiktok platforms
• Have knowledge in photo and video editing tools
• Prior content creation experience is a plus
• Open to modeling as talents in our content
• Passionate about Fashion
• Enjoy the challenge of fast paced, high stakes environment
• Strong communication skills, work well in a team
• Strong willingness to learn and grow independently
• A knack for developing interesting, innovative and creative concepts
• Able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and give creative direction to talents

Fashion Design

• Diploma/Bachelor Degree in Fashion/Apparel Design
• Min 1,5-2 years of working experience in the Fashion Design Field
• Able and proficient in calculation consumption ratio
• Have a good work ethic, proactive, great time mangement and communication skills
• Passionate and an enthusiast in the fashion design
• Good taste of design
• Collaborate with team members to select seasonal themes and create new concepts
• Familiar with Optitex

Graphic Design

• Min 1-2 years of working experience in the Advertising/Design industry
• Min Bachelor Degree from Multimedia/Visual Design Communication or any related major
• Able to work independently as well as teamwork
• Required skills Adobe Creative (Illustrator, Photoshop, Premier Pro)
• Having skills in Photography and Videography
• Strong eye for color and layout skills
• Great attention to details
• Good communication and willingness to learn
• Ready to work in a startup company/environment (fast pace)
• Good in managing workload

Graphic Illustrator

• Min. Bachelor’s Degree in Arts, Graphic Design, Multimedia, or other relevant fields
• Proven work experience min 1 year as an Illustrator, Graphic Design, or similiar role
• Demonstrable portofolio of completed illustrations
• Solid knowledge of image editing and digital sketching software, like Photoshop, inDesign, and Adobe Illustrator
• Drawing skills with an attention to detail both by hand and digital pen (familiar with wacom)
• Strong aesthetic and conceptual skills knowledge in 3D design or animations is a plus
• Must be creative and be able to work in a variety of art style
• Ability to collaborate and meet deadlines
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and receive feedback
