Job Details :

• Self-research & develop daily content ideas for fashion & beauty brand
• Plan social media content for Instagram and TikTok to aim engagement & boost online sales
• Create photos and videos for the social media content (home-production standard, using: iphone & digital camera – provided)
• Edit and manage content using tools such as CapCut, Canva, etc.
• Analyze content performance and contribute to increasing engagement, brand awareness, and social media account growth
• Ensure all content aligns with the brief, timeline, and brand quality standards

Expected Outcome:

• TikTok / IG Reels: 1 video/day | Instagram Stories: 5-10 stories/day
• (ex: daily updates, repost customer content, polls/questions, behind-the-scenes, flash promo)
• Feed Posts: 2-4/week

Working hours:

• Come to warehouse 5 times a month to do video production (location: Gading Serpong)
• Flexible hours monitoring of social media engagement daily, with scheduled posting and response handling with agreed SLA
• Team sync up once a week (online) – 1 hour

• Strong understanding of Instagram & Tik Tok trends
• Good visual taste for fashion & beauty content
• Able to create engaging short-form video hooks
• Basic copywriting & communication skills
• Passionate & has experience in fashion/beauty industry
• Detail-oriented & proactive
