Social Media Content Creator

• Write scripts from content briefs the team prepares
• Be the lead on-camera talent for three programs, interviewing and documenting real people’s lifestyles
• Self-shoot nearly all content, including field shoots
• Work directly with the client’s doctor, registered nutritionist, and health creator on select programs

Social Media Talent

• Be a standing talent, filmed repeatedly every month for the duration of the project
• Perform naturally, not reading from a rigid script, it needs to feel like a real conversation
• Be comfortable being documented in an observational or UGC style, not a formal ad style
• Sometimes be right, sometimes be wrong about the health claims you’re making, that’s part of the format. Don’t be afraid to be shown wrong on camera, that’s what makes the format feel honest
• Be comfortable being tested with a health device on camera, regularly, blood glucose, cholesterol, uric acid

Social Media Content Creator

• Based in Jakarta, or fully available for a regular shoot schedule in Jakarta
• Comfortable and confident on camera, not just a strong writer behind the scenes
• Can operate a gimbal or camera solo, at least at a self-shooting UGC creator level
• Writes natural Indonesian scripts, not stiff or overly formal
• Understands that health content is sensitive, no overstated claims, no exaggeration

Nice to have

• Previous experience making health or wellness content
• Familiar with observational or UGC-style TikTok content, not conventional ad style
• Basic video editing, to organize footage before handing off to the edit team

Social Media Talent

• Based in Jakarta, available for a regular shoot schedule, roughly once a month per batch
• Strong on-camera presence, expressive, not stiff
• Comfortable with repeated device testing, including results that don’t always go as expected
• Can improvise from a simple cue, comfortable with light direction

Nice to have

• Previous experience as UGC talent or in observational content
• Familiar with observational content styles
