• Customizing ad campaigns for digital and social media platforms
• Creating and implementing pay-per-click strategies for TikTok
• Researching keywords and writing relevant ad copy
• Optimizing TikTok Ads campaigns by targeting ads to specific demographics
• Assessing analytics from advertising campaigns, such as impressions, conversion rates and click-through rates
• Conducting A/B testing to identify high-performing ads and optimize campaigns
• Leveraging audience segmentation and targeting techniques to reach specific consumers

Livestream Moderator

• Leads the livestream, interacts with the audience, and presents content
• Engages viewers, introduces segments, and maintains enthusiasm
• May conduct interviews or discussions with guests

Admin Specialist

• Active participation in office management, including handling general clerical tasks
• Organize and prepare meeting schedules for various departments
• Ensure meeting spaces are properly requisitioned ahead of schedule
• Manage office equipment and supplies, and order new equipment and supplies as needed
• Work collaboratively with other departments to help solve clerical issues
• Offer assistance to the accounting department to provide management of invoices, payments, and receipts
• Confer with the human resources department to provide assistance with payroll, personnel databases and other duties

KOL/KOC Lead

• Manage internal stakeholders’ needs and have worked with digital agencies whilst negotiating and closing deals
• Making letter of agreement including base fee, commissioning rate and other terms corresponding to project details
• Coordinate with KOL for making User Generated Content by sales-driven videos or posts
• Do collaboration & campaign, and coordinate with E-commerce team to meet endorsement and marketing synergy needs and processes, and to manage contents
• Maintain relationships and partnership with KOLs and agencies

Content Creator

• Develops compelling video concepts and scripts
• Crafts engaging narratives that align with the project’s goals
• Write clear and concise voiceovers or dialogue for the videos
• Collaborates with the team to ensure the script matches the visual elements

Paid Ads TikTok

• Max. 30 years old
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent practical experience with minimum 1 year experience
• Knows how to work and analyze TikTok Ads to optimize campaigns that are going on
• Creative and responsible for bringing leads through campaign Ads
• Capable of coordinating teams and executing projects
• Language: Requirement: Indonesian (must), English (highly preferred), Chinese (plus)

Livestream Moderator

• 6 hours per day and 6 days
• Min. 18 years old
• High school or Diploma welcome
• Min. 1 year experience on live stream
• Cheerful and bright personality
• Have a good communication and selling skills
• Creative, passionate, and savvy with current trends in KOL and social media thingy
• Active, friendly, and used to being on camera

Admin Specialist

• 0-1 years of experience for entry-level positions
• Experience in using business email
• Comfort multitasking and handling multiple requests from different individuals and departments
• Ability to work quickly and in a potentially high-stress environment
• Strong communication skills and extremely self-motivated when managing communication channels
• Highly organized and capable of creating organizational systems that others easily utilize

KOL/KOC Lead

• Has minimum 3 years of working experience in KOL coordinating and briefing with Micro, Macro, or Mega KOL in Indonesian market, TikTok platform preferred
• Food and snacks enthusiast and have a strong sense of food & beverage content
• Deep knowledge about influencer
• Having a good understanding of the e-commerce industry
• Experienced in making new ideas and content details for Tiktok, Instagram, Youtube are preferable
• Willing to join shootings with KOL for project purposes
• Aggressive in growing internal and client’s brands further
• Capable of coordinating teams and executing projects
• Have the initiative to try and explore new contents and KOL via different channels
• Excellent copywriting skills, negotiating skills, and communication skills

Content Creator

• Min. 18 years old
• Min. 1 year experience in copywriting or social media
• Creative, passionate, and up to date with current trends of Social Media
• Familiar with social media platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, TikTok, etc
• Have a good communication and interpersonal skill
• Able to adapt in fast-paced environment
