Social Media & Content Creator

• Develop monthly content strategies aligned with campaign and marketing objectives
• Create and manage content calendars for Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms
• Conduct trend research, audience insights analysis, and competitor benchmarking
• Generate creative ideas and concepts for Reels, TikTok videos, feed posts, and stories
• Handle content production process including scripting, talent briefing, and shoot coordination
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports
• Provide data-driven insights and optimization recommendations
• Set up and manage Meta Ads and TikTok Ads campaigns
• Monitor key metrics such as ROAS, CTR, CPC, and conversion rates
• Optimize campaigns to improve performance

Live Streamer

• Host live streaming sessions on TikTok Live and Shopee Live
• Present products in an engaging and persuasive way
• Interact with audiences to drive engagement and sales
• Collaborate with the team on campaigns, promotions, and live content
• Achieve live streaming KPIs and sales targets

Social Media & Content Creator

• Min. 1 year experience in social media
• Handle TikTok & Instagram confidently
• Understand content creation & ads
• Beauty industry experience is a plus
• Willing to WFO at our Kemang office

Live Streamer

• Confident, communicative, and comfortable on camera
• Familiar with TikTok Live and Shopee Live
• Strong presentation and storytelling skills
• Results-driven and sales-oriented
• Flexible to work evenings and weekends
• Interest in fragrance, beauty, or lifestyle products is a plus
